Nice note …. I’m from Massachusetts, New England, where the fish is a way of life.and The thing I miss most is the lobster and shrimp. We cook their stuff. I can not find them did so in California. We cut the lobster open and lay it on it’s back. Then we stuff with a bread stuffing with butter, shrimp, scallops, onion, and a bit ‘of celery … then bake. My mouth is watering just typing this.
You can not get any decent fresh fish here – too far from the coast vede.Ah, tax advisers must eat well troppo.Io’m not a big fan of lobster or crab though – too much fish. @ Perlette – I have not received the his name, but was a bit ‘of a shrimp.
