IRS will send you the tax relief check as long as you don’t owe the IRS money. Taxes from personal property will not affect your rebate at all. You should recieve the whole amount of your rebate but you really should get the taxes paid on that personal property because the state can sieze your personal property because of unpaid taxes on it and then sell it to settle your debt. Hope this helps.

Speaker Pelosi on the Middle Class Tax Relief Act of 2010. Provisions in HR 6467 would extend critical, expiring tax relief targeted to middle-class families.

Unions have hurt jobs and encouraged illegal immigrant labor. So lets not play that game.
Fact: Wages go up, jobs leave to other Nations
Fact: Jobs have been leaving rather steadily since wages and healthcare costs skyrocketed.
Fact: Government can not create jobs unless all you want is Government jobs.

I can see that the majority watching this video do not like Nancy Pelosi, but let me get in a word- dislike this if you want, but I’m just stating my opinion.
I recently read a biography of her and see that she did oppose the Iraq war, which, as we all know, was unecessary. After Tiannamen Square, she went to China herself to pay her respects. Dislike her if you may, but remember that she is not as bad as some of our other politicians- think about Sarah Palin!

Los Angeles Superior Court Judges are excpting bribes. California judges are employee’s of the State not the County. The County is currently giving them $57,688.00 per yr per judge in addition to the pay and benefits they receive from the State. After being exposed for the bribes (Sturgeon v Los Angeles County) the judges paid a lobbyist to pass SBX211 granting retro active imunity from prosecution. Nancy Pelosi signed it.

There are simply too many ignorant people who want to influence others to commit social injustices but you cannot change World History, the key to World Peace and Order is education, something gop do not want people to have (make sense) “Democracy” is the key to Jobs (unions keep jobs in the U.S.A. North America. “Equality and Justice for ALL” is how we will all have Happiness Again. People should vote a “Straight Democratic Ticket” if they do not know World History or Global Politics– Economy

babies are not born ignorant.. Michele Bachman (R) says ‘founding fathers’ abolished slavery (omg out of her mind– our 16th president) The Spanish Empire of Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and California AKA Mexico was First to abolish Slavery. 1493 Christopher Columbus Discovered North America for the Royal Crown of Spain Queen Isabella A Catholic (why do you “think” slavery stopped at the Southeast Texas/Louisiana Border?? That is the True border — never ratified– Illegal.

Nancy Pelosi believes Congress has absolute power over the people to simply invent whatever mandates, requirements or restrictions it wants, regardless of what powers were actually granted to the Congress under the US Constitution. I say its time for a case regarding treason for ole Nancy!

@Scottsvue: Oh yeah? What about the unnecessary Iraq war? Or the tax cuts to the wealthy? Or Bush’s prescription drug plan? The things you mentioned were a pittance, a drop in the ol bucket compared to those costs!

@Scottsvue: I have a successful business. I would be willing to pay more in taxes. In fact, some of the richest people out there such as Bill Gates has said they are willing to pay more in taxes. Some people care about the fate of this country!

@Scottsvue: You are citing extremely incidental things here. How does that compete with how much the wealthy get for their tax cuts in the Obama compromise? There’s no comparison.

@Scottsvue: Obamacare, TARP (mostly repaid now), and GM were necessary. More money for the rich is not necessary. I don’t know what you mean by unions.

@Scottsvue: It is a hand out. And they created the economic mess we’re in right now! They don’t deserve more money! You’re forgetting all the loopholes and offshore accounts, etc, these people use to get out of paying even little tax that’s asked of them.

@Scottsvue: REPUBLICAN SPIN, REPUBLICAN SPIN, REPUBLICAN SPIN. Stop listening to Fox channel. The Social Security fund is good for many years to come. The only danger to it is this so called Holiday tax cut in the Obama compromise.

@Scottsvue: No, that is a complete lie. The Social Security system has 2 trillion in the fund. They are fine. Republican think tanks put out this nonsense to try and get people to support privatization. This is exactly what the Republicans want, so their rich Wall street friends can get their hands on that money.
